Is there a dress code?
Dress for the ceremony and following reception is Cocktail Attire.
Are kids coming to this wedding?
The wedding and reception will be for 21+ guests only.
Can I bring a +1?
We regretfully ask our guests to not bring a +1 unless they are specifically named on the guest invitation. Thanks very much for your understanding.
Have you reserved hotel room blocks?
Yes! See travel tab on the website. We have three hotels that have blocks set aside for the wedding. Mention the Treptow-Roettger wedding when calling to book.
What time should I arrive?
The ceremony will begin 5pm EST. We ask that you arrive at Fairfield Inn and Suites at 3:45 in order to take the shuttle to the venue. Thanks!
What happens after the ceremony?
Please enjoy cocktails and Hor d'Oeuvres immediately following the ceremony while the bride and groom take pictures. Dinner will be served at 6:30 pm.
Is there parking available at the venue?
Unfortunately, there is no parking at the venue. Please use the transportation that is provided. Personal vehicles will be turned away. Please see transportation tab for more information.
Where is the ceremony?
The ceremony and reception will be held at Henderson Acres in Weaverville, NC. The address is:

How late does the wedding go?
The reception will end at 11pm. Transportation will be provided back to the original pick up spots ini Asheville and Weaverville.
Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be outdoors. In case of inclement weather, umbrellas will be provided, and the reception area will be covered.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes, there will be an open bar!
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We ask that guests keep their cell phones and cameras put away for the ceremony. This will allow the photographer to best capture our big moment.
However, feel free to take pictures during cocktail hour and the reception. Share any moments you capture using #ittakestwototreptow
I'm visiting from out of town, what can I do while I am in the area?
Weaverville is only 20 minutes from Asheville, NC. We encourage you to explore the many breweries, restaurants and outdoor activities the city has to offer! It will be peak foliage weekend so there will be many beautiful views so long as mother nature cooperates!

Will there be an afterparty?
Due to constraints from the local ordinances, we are not having any afterparty, so be sure to eat, drink, and be merry before 11pm!
